Face shields offer a comfortable means of protecting the face, including the eyes, nose and mouth from splashes, sprays, and splatter. There are numerous advantages associated with wearing a face shield including the possible extension of the useful life of a protective face mask when worn at the same time. The shield extends from the eyebrows to below the chin and across the width of the user’s head so, a large portion of the face is protected. The elastic headband is attached to the shield using plastic fasteners providing a secure fit and ease of donning and removing the shield. The polyurethane foam provides a comfortable fit and allows for the use of other protective equipment.
