Keeping Young People Safe
ONTARIO YOUTH APPRENTICESHIP PROGRAM
All Safety has provided safety training for school boards in Kingston, Napanee and Hasting County areas, training students who will complete co-op placements or are in the Ontario Youth Apprenticeship Program as well as those in the Specialist High Skills Major program. One of Amanda’s intentions is that occupational health and safety training will become part of the curriculum as a requirement for graduation. She feels that if high school students are trained, workplace safety would become ‘second nature’ to them in the workforce, and we will be closing in on that goal of zero accidents.Contact Us

Because Kyle has worked in construction his approach is well received by the site staff. There is a trust that he understands safety from both sides. Kyle has an innate ability to guide workers into completing their tasks with safety in mind.
Dan also keeps the office presentable and clean, we’ve been told we have the most spotless office around. Our clients may meet Dan when they come to the office or if he is picking or dropping something at their office.
Steve’s passion is focused on young workers. He believes the culture of safety should start before young people enter the workforce. Workers of all ages and skill can relate to Steve as they know he has performed the work they are doing which builds trust and confidence with the site staff.
Dave is highly respected in the Kingston and surrounding area, this was evident when he was retiring from the Ministry. People who he had got to know over the years wanted to acknowledge their appreciation in some way. Dave received recognition awards from various groups and associations. Quite the accomplishment for an Inspector.
Dave likes to stay incognito so to speak, we now call him ‘the international man of mystery’. When he was asked for a photo for the website, this picture is what he sent.
All Safety was honored when he chose to join our team.
Kyle brings extensive experience from working on high hazard project sites in Toronto. After attending University and receiving a BA, Kyle started working as a carpenter and quickly took on site safety responsibilities as a Health & Safety Representative and then a Health & Safety Coordinator. His passion and attention to detail, as well as his knowledge of the OHSA and Regulations are proving to be a huge asset to our clients. Kyle’s specialty is Cranes or all kinds. He even climbs the tower cranes which the rest of us are happy about.
Kyle recently obtained his NCSO and is working toward his CRSP designation.
