Meet Our Team
President
Amanda MacDuffee
Amanda is the founder of All Safety Consulting with over 20 years’ experience in Occupational Health and Safety. Starting out as a health &safety trainer, she quickly realized that safety was her chosen career; and she knew that she had to offer more services than merely in-class safety training.
Amanda is passionate about helping businesses gain compliance and a safe work environment. She has worked with many companies, building their safety programs and guiding them through the, sometimes overwhelming processes. As the business built, Amanda brought other safety professionals on board to further expand services and offer consulting services to many other sectors. Amanda has been the Management co-chair for the Kingston Regional Labour-Management Committee representing All Safety clients for the past 10 years.
Amanda works with lawyers to help their clients when they have been charged by the Ministry of Labour by conducting independent investigations and working through discovery documentation to assist in the defense process. Amanda will only help defend those who have been working hard to improve the safety culture in their businesses.
Since Amanda incorporated All Safety Consulting the business has grown at a rapid pace as businesses realize that utilizing Health & Safety consultants for all their safety needs is proving to be more effective and reduces costs incurred if they hired a full-time in-house safety professional. Amanda’s and All Safety’s professional reputation is becoming well known and far reaching.

Senior Technical Advisor/Compliance Auditor
Dave Bell
Following a career spanning more than 40 years in the construction and facility management industries in Eastern Ontario. After retiring from the Ministry of Labour as a Construction Inspector, Dave joined All Safety Consulting in July 2017.
Dave is highly respected in the Kingston and surrounding area, this was evident when he was retiring from the Ministry. People who he had got to know over the years wanted to acknowledge their appreciation in some way. Dave received recognition awards from various groups and associations. Quite the accomplishment for an Inspector.
Dave likes to stay incognito so to speak, we now call him ‘the international man of mystery’. When he was asked for a photo for the website, this picture is what he sent.
All Safety was honored when he chose to join our team.
